A stunning Palladian-style villa where classic and modern styles combine to create a match made in heaven.
A generous flight of stairs opens onto the private garden of this beautiful villa located on the banks of the River Isar in the exclusive area of Bogenhausen, where a lush vegetation of ancient trees, several hedges and bushes make it a truly enchanted place.
The garden design, planned by renowned Munich studio Egetemeier Wohnkultur, was conceived to give the idea of openness and, at the same time, to create cosy privacy areas for relaxation and entertainment thanks to the skilful use of patterns and colour accents that soften the strict symmetry of the design.
Welcoming islands have been designed with the help of well-appointed modern-style outdoor furniture and lighting that blend perfectly with the classic style of the villa's architecture, creating a cosy casual aspect. The dining area has been brought out to the open-air under a custom-made canopy with romantic suspension lights dangling from the tent roof - the star of the show here is the iconic outdoor version of the Calypso light, which has an IP65 protection rate, making it suitable for every outdoor space, at any time of the year.
The living area of the villa with its symmetrical planters, parasols, furniture and lighting emphasises the clean garden geometry. In true Contardi style, the importance of creating a strong link between indoor and outdoor spaces is highlighted thanks to the new outdoor version of the iconic Calypso with the shade and table, which illuminates and decorates the living area, bringing an exotic flair to the clean and linear garden with its colourful silk shades.
